  Fantastic inventory especially if you're looking for hard to find items. But grossly overpriced and absolutely terrible customer service. My wife had to return a product that was defective. The person waiting on her insisted that there was nothing wrong with the product. My wife encouraged him to try the product in the store. He quickly learned that it was in fact defective. He angrily walked away from her and refused to attend to her. She called me and I heard him loudly mocking her over the phone. After significant prompting he credited my card. All this aggravation over a $14.00 product. REALLY??? I don't typically write negative ratings. I'd like to give all the benefit of the doubt, but in addition to this incident, I've had problems over time with customer service here as well. Cables & Connectors please tweak your professionalism. While it's true that the customer may not always be right, at a minimum we (your customers) deserve to be respected. Please work on this guys.
