I called Mark the owner after my business mac went down the day before a major snow storm. I told him I was thinking of getting a new MacBook Air anyway. He was able to hand deliver me almost new machine with AppleCare warranty and everything for over 30% less than I would have paid at the Apple store that same day! I have had similar a great experience when I had them do service on one of our machines.
